Update from Germany
We received an email and photos from Douglas and wanted to pass them along to you all! Doug is in the military and him and Joy and Trinity were stationed in Germany last year. We miss them here but rejoice in all the things that God is doing in and through them in Germany! They are doing well and God continues to be faithful to their family. The pictures are from their sight seeing over Christmas in one of the oldest town in Germany. Enjoy them! God Bless you Doug and Family...you remain in our prayers!

We received the bibles that we ordered yesterday and we are so excited and anticipate the excitement of the kids when they come to church on Sunday!

Women's Bible Study
Today we were greatly blessed by Kiri and Sarah from CC Richmond. They came to lead us in worship. God is so wonderful how he gives us "Eternal Friends". Thanks girls! Today's study was in Acts 21 where we saw the richness of brotherly love and prayer and the house of faith built by Philip the evangelist. How awesome Paul is as an example to "be ready' to die for the name of Jesus. Paul knew his life was no longer his own but the life he lived was in Christ." He had said this in Gal 2.20 "I am crucified with Christ; nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." What an awesome challenge we have to "be ready for Christ."

We Praise a God of Healing!
Praise of God's healing hand.... the Miraculous Healing of Josh and the mighty work God does in a family and a community! Here is a picture of a young boy Josh and his mother Heidi taken with Jeanne on a recent trip to California. The awesome smiles all reflect the "JOY" of healing and the miracle that God brought to this family.
CCW and many other Churches have prayed for the healing of this young man.
About a year and half ago Josh was hit by a car and nearly died. He was severely injured, had major brain damage and was in a coma. He was in a coma and in the hospital for a very long time but our GOD heard our prayers and healed him. This served as a witness to hundreds and especially to those that were there the day of the accident. In the community there were prayer gatherings, God's acts of helps and service to the family. God used this to build faith and bring people to faith. At the one year anniversary of his accident hundreds attended a church service to share all that God had done this last year and to publicly thank God. We join too in thanksgiving! "Father we thank you for Josh and his family and hearing our prayer. You are a great and mighty God!".....
God bless you Josh. God has great plans for you and we look forward to seeing you again real soon. Love your family in Virginia.
