All of the pre-operation tests are going really well. His diabetes is under control, his heart is doing good. Also the chest scans came back clean, so it does not look like it has not spread in his body. The surgery is still set for May 17th. He will be in the hospital a few days after the surgery, and will be recovering at home for 5 to 6 weeks after that. Pastor Cisco has expressed how much the body has ministered to him, and how blessed he is by all of your prayers and encouragement. Many people have been dropping by, and that has been encouraging. We also would like to remind you to contact Micah before going to their house to make sure that the time for visiting is appropriate. They are trying to balance the blessing of the visits and the rest that is needed. There is a financial need for Pastor Cisco and Micah, with the deductible for the surgery, and other expenses. The exact costs for them are not yet known. If you would like to help them financially, you can send your checks to the church, and write “Cisco & Micah” in the memo. You can also contribute online by clicking here, and make sure you specify in the notes that it is for Cisco and Micah. |

"My family and I moved to Williamsburg Virginia after serving in Southern California for 13 years. We began to serve God's people at Calvary Chapel and the Lord took hold of our hearts and led us to Virginia. We heeded God and moved upon His calling on our lives. The Lord directed us to Williamsburg, and since then He has established Calvary Chapel here in the most historic area of the United States! We are very blessed and humbled to be here and used by God." -Pastor Tom Hallman
