We were invited by Douglas and Joy McDowell as Doug was awarded The Bronze Star for Valor and Meritorious Service to his country while in Iraq. This was so cool as one of the Generals gave Doug the medal. This was an increadible blessing for me and Jeanne to attend because they don't give this Medal to just anyone for just anything. How great it is to see our men and women in the Armed Forces be recognized for their service to their country for us.
