Children's Ministry Overnighter

God provided an awesome time for the kids to gather and spend the night in the church fellowshiping with each other and getting to know Jesus even better! These kids were great joy to be around. We had so much fun...We began Friday night with hot dogs and then Keith lead the kids in a devotion about Worship and why God calls us to lift our hands and voices to Him. Then we headed out to roast some smores and this was so much fun...God is so good to bless us with YUMMY things! Friday night was lots of fun and the kids finally all settled in and fell asleep about 2:45 a.m. :) We woke them up bright and early for a GOOD GOOD MORNING ;) We spent the morning having pancakes and learning about God's Word and the importance it is in each of our lives to make it a priority and then they made devotional journals so that they had a special place to write down all the wonderful things God shows them as they read His Word! We finished off with a devotion on Prayer and hearing how God wants us to talk to Him and making prayer boxes so they could drop in little reminders of things to pray over. We were truly blessed and the kids had a great time...most wanted to stay ANOTHER NIGHT ;) Thank You Jesus for loving our children so much you created a special place for them to come and be loved and get to know You!
