While we were in Hatteras a young man who had grown up there had come home from college and gathered together all his old friends to share what had changed in his life! He had some Good News to share with them ALL! He shared that while a youth he just "played" church, really hated it. He reminded everyone about the way he acted and the things he did.But when he went away to college and began his adult life and made some choices he fell. He was empty and he wanted to know if Jesus was real. He called to him and began asking, "Jesus are you real?". "Can you make me happy?"
Jesus began to give him peace, one step at a time. This young man turned his life in a new direction where he now has joy, peace and the love of many. As he shared, we were all in awe by the words he spoke and the power of God working thru him. He invited others to join him, those that wanted to know if Jesus was real and wanted peace to come and recieve Jesus.... 8 youth came and joined him. What a wonderful night of praise!!!
