What a great day of rejoicing in the Lord with such wonderful sister's in Christ.
Today was the luncheon at Carla's home where we met to celebrate this school year of praying the Lord's most perfect will for our children. We meet weekly to pray the very Word of God for each others children believing God to work in and through them.
Leslie exhorted us in the Lord from Col. 1. 9-12 where Paul says, "to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father".
We so look forward to again resuming in the Fall to pray for our kids. Please pray about joining us...it is amazing what happens when we PRAY!!
